Your review This is the third time we have been to Japan and used Japan Travel Centre to get rail passes. We keep going back as we never seems to be able to see everything and just find more places to visit. The people are friendly and we take time to try and use Japanese language, not easy but is appreciated. We kept mindful of their customs as we did not want to offend, this is easy to do with the internet. Eating out is fun and tasty, we always ate in the local restaurants, best way to get value for money as well. It's not hard to get around Japan with your pass and if you go into a JR booking centre (not all station have one, cities mainly) they will book seats for you. The train service is amazing, never had a delay on any visit. The trains are clean and air conditioned with lots of space. Hotels are clean and well run, nothing is too much trouble. We do have favourites ones we go back to now. The weather can be extreme, this visit we planned thinking that it would average around 22c to 26c. They had a late summer and it averaged around 30c plus. The only day it rained was the day we headed back to the airport to come home. There is so much to see and do, it is a wonderful place to visit and we have fantastic memories and a couple of thousand photos. We are planning and saving for our next visit.
Would you like to visit Japan again? Yes
