We would like to announce that our London office is temporarily closing. We will communicate with our customers only via Emails effective as of Saturday 21st March until further notice.

Saturdays, Sundays and Bank Holidays: Closed
*Please rest assured, for any Email enquiries received Monday to Friday by 3pm, we will continue to reply the same day as usual.

Basing our response on FCO advice, we will contact all our Japan Package Holiday customers due to travel imminently to advise on your options prior to your departure date.

Q. We want to change our 7day passes to 14day

We have received our 7days passes today but actually we want to change it to 14days. Can we do that?

faq If you decide to change the type of pass you have after purchasing it, there is a £15 charge for doing so. This includes changing from national to regional passes and all durations of pass.

This charge is per order of passes and not charged individually for each pass.

Please return your original pass to us then we will send you the new one.
